Walking is the Best Workout

Many people will walk. I found myself to do it because I have a lot of pent up energy and I can no dislocation inside all day. What I have found is that although daily walk has important assets. You can find these yourself if you give it a chance.

Of course, it is not the exercise part of things. So I walk an hour a day, I lost weight and built both my calf muscles with something respectable.

One thing you can consider is the choice of shoes. Performance shoes really give poor condition in the long run. It is best to wear shoes with no cure, as basketball shoes or anything without a big heel. Your knees will thank you.
