Fitness: This Civic Duty Leads To Affordable Healthcare

Civic duty is real and neither begins nor ends with the vote to be the next POTUS .

If you do your part to reduce the financial burden on our health care system , it is not to be a good citizen.

" Good citizen " behavior has to do what you can do to take care of - or lose - it's not the country's resources . Recycle and work to keep our oceans clean . We must also do our part to keep the costs of health care staff down, avoiding the pitfalls that lead to diabetes and other preventable diseases.

Your healthy body is a resource that is needed to maintain and service . Become ill because of poor diet and lack of exercise is the opposite of being a good citizen.

Diabetes is the most costly disease in general. It causes more deaths each year than cancer and AIDS combined . Some research shows that 90% of adult-onset diabetes is preventable. If the number is only half that would be amazing.

Family history and genetics does not guarantee that you will get with diabetes who do not play an important role. Low activity and poor diet increases the chances of contracting the disease , and others too.

Adult diabetes occurs slowly over time. This means that you have time to do things under control. Do you work to get things under control forward? If you are struggling and need help, do it. One secret of success in life is to learn how to get the help you need.

Uncontrolled diabetes greatly contributes to your total cost. If you have diabetes , you can work to control them.

Health is not the amount of drugs that you can get and very cheap. This is to take care of your health before losing ( prevention. )

All you need to do is two things:
• Exercise moderately and regularly.
• Learning to eat well. This is more than just avoiding excess sugar and fat.

No excuses please. Learn what you need to know , then do what you have to do .

Ask yourself these questions:
• Are you doing what is your personal power to take care of yourself?
• could do a better job ?

You know you need to exercise . Do something . Every day. Eat a healthy diet .
